Quantum Computing - What Are the Biggest Ethical Concerns?
There are national security concerns over quantum computing. The technology could be used to develop counter stealth technology, anti submarine technology and military a i's. But just like in the civilian world, the exact military and security implications are not yet understood. There are also different policy concerns about who might get left out of the quanta moment. It is important that we think about reaching communities that don't have the resources to access quantum computers.
