Meditation - The Perfect Way to Start Practiced Time

When we begin to meditate, it can be helpful to begin by just noticing what's calling our attention right now. This is the perfect way to sit and start practice for the day. We'll put in a little bell sound or kind of delineator the people know this is practiced time, and you can lead us in that. Ok. So when we take inventory of the movement of mind and thought, the contents we're just letting that be, we don't have to throw it out. It's not right or wrong. It's simply what's happening in the mind. When we let this mechanism of deciding and what to throw in and what tothrow out rest, then we find
