Emotional Intelligence 101

A video that I've spoken about before maybe once or twice is incredible. It's on emotional intelligence and to what you're saying before it hit me so truly because I was like this. We have one belief we grab up a certain way and we think this is the only way that I can ever think. You know in rugby there's a rule mix between Ozzy white Ozzy kids and then also Pacific Island kids who are so talented with such different cultural backgrounds. As a coach, there's this balance between some people need arse-cracker and some people need a hug.
