The Expert Blind Spot in Programming Education
Experts tend to be dismissive of all the small steps that novices need, like planning code and breaking it down to steps before actually writing it. So i guess this must cause problems when experts teach novices. Tdefinitely can. And it's a phenomenon that's known as the expert blind spot. Experts can get quite frustrated that novice just can't see the obvious answer like they do.
