The Importance of Behavioral Science in Management

The ways in which decisions are made in organizations are not rational but they give the illusion of logic and rationality. If you really wanted to understand what's going on in an organization I think being able to understand those behavioral points would be helpful. The most ideal thing that you can do with presenting data is to create something that is both pretty and clear but what we see most of the time is stuff that's either ugly or unclear.
