Happiness is a natural human emotion, and no matter how good our lives might be, we're all going to have times when we feel sad. Research shows happiness and health are linked absolutely clearly. Happier people live longer, live healthier, and they do the same things as the unhappy people, but the happiness is what keeps them alive. My challenge would be, i'm not asking you to overhaul your life. I'm just asking you maybe take one small thing that you've heard about every day,. Maybe if you were gong to look for social friction, it will radiate around you. So don't wait until everyone else has done it - start now!
