Is There a Way to Validate a List?

The idea is that if we check on every specific use of this mutable variable then something holds. We can still assume it even if we are mutating it right because we are somehow promising this is going to be the case. So generally I think reasoning about these kind of things is probably the quote unquote the easiest when they're like immutable listsright over there when they read only lists.
