The Balloon

The central character in the story is a balloon. But although it sometimes bulges out unpredictably in different directions, it doesn't really have its own agency. Its controlled by our narrator. Who narrator? I imagine him as someone living downtown below fourteenth street,. Ou kno, it's never bothered me to figure out who he is.
