The Benefits of Combining Bench Press and Tricep Extensions

The middle portion of the tricep also experienced greater hypertrophy when combining an isolation movement and then a multi joint movement. Eric: This might be something that you're, like, average trainee, the pros and cons and the opportunity costs aren't worth it. But I would suspect a variety of pressing would probably get you there.
