Quaar's Corruption Continued for Years to Come
Azerbajani oil company was a massive campaign donor to quaara. Quaar pushed for a resolution essentially to support ozerbejon in its pipe line. It continues to insure that any humanitarian aid for the conflict would be provided through the government of ozerbijon or u n organizations, and not given directly to armenia.
