The Importance of Work in Christianity

In Proverbs 8, Jesus talks about being with God while he is doing his work. In contrast to every other worldview, when you open up the Bible, Genesis 1 shockingly says this: God works. And so when God took on flesh to redeem the world, how did he come? Speaking to the value and the dignity of work, Jesus does not come as a philosopher, as the Greeks would have him.
