There is a token called TornTORN. And basically what happens is this little website that the user's views has a list of available relays. In order to pick a relay, it looks at what's the lowest fee? That makes sense, but it also looks at who has staked the most torn. So you can apparently, if you own these torn tokens, you can stake them somewhere somehow and that will give your relay priority over other relayers. The court case hasn't happened yet; we've only seen a sort of trailer.
