Are You Always Saying Yes to Everything?

You can be both liked and respected, as long as you're not associating liked with saying yes to everything yet. I think it's the people that are fair and they they are friendly, but they they can challenge,. They can be objective, and they can be kind of firm and fair. It's not the people that i think are just nice all the time atnit. If you can take a step back and look around you  you get that realize on you can see how this conference grimin might be holding you back.
