Should You Rewrite Your Code?

It is easier to understand something if you rebuild it from the ground up right like absolutely. You have to be able to come in and figure out why it is shaped this waywhy it looks this way otherwise every time you rebuild a team or the team shifts, you know 50% 60% new hires and 40% like old hands you rewriting. That's just that's a cycle of just no productivity like zero velocity. Yeah, you got to be ableto read and learn I think that's the end and I think it's right ask questions.
