The Effects of Exercise on HDL Triglycerides

For your LDL cholesterol, you don't get much benefit from weight loss per se. Triglycerides can come down quickly with exercise. HDL is the reverse cholesterol transport agent and we want that to go up. Biggerous exercise with intervals is better than continuous exercise like walking in some cases.
