i think a lot of people might be sitting here saying, well, what can i individually do? Well, maybe there's not a direct roll in this, but i think just if you take the concept of upstream thinking and you just look it in applied to your own life. There is a european nation that has basically eliminated the problem of teen age alcohol and substance abuse. In icelandic ten age culture, if someone is like a binge drinker or a frequent drug user, they did this with explicit upstream intent. They got together a group of politicians and academicsd and parents, nd and school leaders. It was an extraordinary way to reframe the situation.
