The Importance of Self-Delusion in Art

I think I'm enough of a sociopath, but it's never really bothered me. The worst that happens in art is that people see it and they just don't care. Like, if you're at the point where people know you're working enough to like, troll you and tell you how terrible it is, then you actually got their attention. And so it was always for me a matter of, I had nothing to lose.
