The word mediator comes from the latin word medius, which means one who goes between. It's somebody who is trying to create an agreement of some kind between two parties. And that just reminds me of something that i researched and then wrote in effortless. It's the importance of creating a high trust agreement,. That, i think, is the highest calling of what a mediator is all about.
