Whether to Arrest the Homeless Attacker or to Prioritize His Welfare
Members of the community are still arguing about whether the homeless attacker should be arrested or whether his welfare should be prioritized others online have commented that arresting the man would exacerbate systemic racism as he is black and the dog owner is white. "This also plays into a very harsh side of the rights rhetoric when it comes to crime," says one woman who was injured in the attack. 'I wouldn't have cared if this guy was a white guy at the end of the day he killed somebody's all right at that point there is something that needs to be done,' she adds.
