It's very interesting how the industry is coming up with really creative solutions to this problem of affordability. There was another company that had introduced a one day mortgage, pre-approved for a mortgage rate log, mining commitment, everything within 24 hours. So where do you think has been the most innovation? And then conversely, where do you Think the sector still has to sort of move up and disrupt things?
