Consistency Is Key to Helping Kids With ADHD

We have a tendency to separate ourselves from our own brains because it's unpredictable, you know. On a good day, i can have really focus and i can do really well. But on a bad day, like yesterday, i couldn't focus on anything. I was all over the place yesterday. And so with those kids, we can't be consistent. We have to be prepared to be flexible based on their level of need on a particular day. Ashe doesn't matter if your adia d or not. Every bain as fold days and days.
