Introduction
Dives is a social app, but we're not a social network. We want people in your life to create dopamine. The fuel of a messaging app is the connections you have. When we see users turn off of Dives, that's not necessarily our platform failing. That could be the community itself, right? Notice when you get lucky and leverage that luck. And so it was like so random, but I think taught a lot of lessons that are applicable today of kind of like riding the waves.
