The Importance of Morality in the Early 20th Century
There was a time in the early 20th century where people were asking the question of, you know, I don't like the miracles. But they thought that Christian views on morality and especially sexuality were really important. Well, really that's reversed. We are a highly, highly moralistic age that simultaneously is trying to be relativistic. That's impossible to hold but we don't quite know what the successor narrative of that is going to be in this kind of early post enlightenment period.
