Is the UK Heading Towards a Constitutional Crisis?

If scotland is to remain within the ukas union then its constitutional settlement deftly needs to be reformed. The best way to do so, in my opinion, is to radically alter the constitutional status of the united kingdom as a whole. I asked graham roy what options might be put on the table to alleviate the inevitable anger of the s and p and its electorate if westminster continues to refuse scotland a second referendum. It wiull be really interesting to see whether part of any response from the uk will open up a conversation about what more powers could be given.
