Are We Really Solving the Problem at Hand?

The Swach Bharat mission has come under fire for allegedly increasing the number of toilets that needs to be manually cleaned. The government is encouraging this practice and even Indian railways, for example, a lot of their Indian railways, washrooms, toilets are all, most of them need manual cleaning. So I think it's fair for me to say that we have been living in denial for a long period of time.
