The Union Health Ministry's Decision to Introduce OTT Platforms
The requirement applies essentially to all tobacco products whether it is chew a bill tobacco, combustible cigarettes or any other form of tobacco that we have in retail. The central board of film certification enforces the requirement under this rule very, very scrupulously. So while there might be a mismatch in which a department of the government should have appropriately notified this or who should have been consulted, it has come out anyway as a unilateral move by the Union Health Ministry.
