Is It OK to Use Clinical Language?

Treatment plans can become so boilerplate that you completely lose the identity and basically humanity of the client end of the treatment plan. Insurance companies don't like them because they're boilerplate. And I am absolutely sure despite our contentious relationships with insurance companies that they want us to be treating a person and not a diagnosis. It's okay to use clinical language when it's really what you're doing but you don't have to use it.
