The BI team can do a lot more in terms of asking. I don't want to say tough questions, but trying to define in a sense more context for the department. There's some very strong prerequisites that need to be in place in order to get to like the predictive or the prescriptive side of things. The next part you start thinking about is looking forward. What does the projection look like and now you're taking inputs like what does the sales pipeline look like. And then there's the upper echelon of this: Now you have a bunch of data and now you are being predictive.
