The Importance of Interface in Advertising
Saba: Traditional models are running on fumes. The importance of interface is going to get squeezed as people get basically direct pipe into the API of the thing and get the answers that want, then gets to book through a system that's centralized. I don't know if chat GPT wins because honestly, I still think that Apple and Google control the devices and therefore control access to this. If you're another platform or marketplace that controls your own data commerce ... You've got to be really thinking about what the next five years look like.
