How Do We Rethink Notifications?
There was a big sort of like Q and A recently in the New York Times saying that a solution, you know, to some of the distraction is to set the time for work. There's a book I read recently called Make Time that talked about it. And figuring out how to make time for yourself to prioritize what's important to you. This is one of those times where I wish that we had more regulations around tech. It would be so cool if there was Like, don't use this to spy on people, but you can use it to made sure that people who are sickly are safe.
