The first step with this is to make a realistic persona. And then next, the second part of step two is the wire frames. This is simply just boxes and lines that communicate what all those steps are. As you'll see from these images, again, these are real ones that I've used and they are ugly. So here, make ugly, quick sketches. You should not, at this stage, from my perspective, focus on making really polished wire frames. At this point, they're just the focus on what is the experience going to be like.
