The euro dollar system experiencing a regional spasm that took all the same types of forms that we would see o fail in two thousand seven and two thousand eight. And they knew at the time what was really going on. Was it this weird ballod sheet stuff? Yes, ye. It's one of those moinant moments where it was like, the light bulb should have gone off here.
