The Challenges of Abiding by AI Laws
There's a lot of open questions about how laws apply to AI. When AI is used to deny credit, there might be a black box that humans may not know why the AI denied it. Another question is, let's say an algorithm or AI is used for fraud prevention. Well, you're really going to give the keys to the kingdom to a criminal or a fraudster or an identity thief. And so I think these are some of the kind of questions that are coming up right now and will be very interesting and difficult for companies.
