When Christopher Nolan asked Hans Imeter to do the soundtrack, he gave me a one page treatment saying that the story was about a father leaving his children. He didn't mention it was a sci-fi or give him any plot details and just went get working. How long do you think it took to build the giant water tank that they filmed that scene in? I wouldn't be surprised if they just flooded the moon and just filmed like all in camera. There's a real place on the planet that looks like that. It's in Iceland. They had to transport the prop for the spaceship to the middle of the glacier. And then have Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway wear
