The Amateur's Fear of Exclusion
The amateur lives by the opinions of others because they so desperately want to be a part of the group. They let their self-worth and identity be defined by others, they hate the idea that they would do something that somebody else wouldn't approve of. And then the professional permits all of this fear that's driving his or her life from acting. The folks on the consequences of their actions really paralyzes themselves from acting and doing anything.
