Leadership Is a Catalyst

Diane has realized that the way she takes on responsibility which is to basically run with it and fix it on her own actually runs counter to what she really wants to be doing. If she changes how she views her leadership role to become more of a catalyst for example she could then see different ways she could support her team. And just as it's important for Diane to determine how she can engage differently with her team she also has to figure out how to do so with her boss because he is part of that dynamic.
