You're normal, like you were talking about, how much can some one change that and improve upon that? And then also, are better athletes, do they have a higher ecarvydruss, naturally. I think there are a lot of misconceptions about both of those. Let's say that it can change. But if you're aycha all the boxes in terms off, you know, i sleep well, i have a good diet, i exercise, everything that we consider has concious behavior. Then your base line, let's say yore, your normal, is unlikely to change by much.
