Isn't Dialectics Crucial?

dialectics means that every position is troubled from within, right? That its odds with itself from within. And i think, i think, isn't it crucial that? So for dolus, there is negation, but it'sa from or for spinoza, actually, there is none. For delus, it's only in the external encounter that a position has with another,. With libnets,  with a difference has with another difference. You can have bad encounters that lead to something a terrible result, but nothing is internally at odds with itself.
