The Importance of Evidence in History
An ancient account of an individual claiming to see somebody. And then you have a modern account of groups claiming to see a vision of something. But put them together, groups of people seeing a sort of physical sighting of a man who they used to know and followed around seems to be a higher standard of evidence. None of those people in any of those groups attest to it.
