How to Create a 404 Handler With React

React doesn't use HD3 status codes correctly, so you end up having to break your 404 handler. Because react takes over the routing, you can't use a traditional web server that would handle 404s. You're for the pattern of front end apps, where you need to load an HTML file as the fall background. That's not a real problem. I won't go down that tangent much further, but we have status codes for a reason.
