The Power of Focus Managers

Since Melissa has taken on this project, our results have gone up a little bit more than 50%. And we're selling out now three or four months early for my 10 times workshops. This is the entire focus. So Melissa and I don't have to deal with each other day by day because we're both totally clear about the result. It happens twice a year. It's an event. There's numbers which measure whether it was 100% or not. She's completely self-managing in this role. And she loves it.
