The Importance of Introducing a Wedge-Focused Cushion

When my son Kieran was five, I put a wedge-shaped cushion on his chair. Two years later the headmaster said there is a noticeable change in children's posture. This is even without any Alexander lessons. The chairs aren't the be-well and end of it, but it's much easier to get lasting improvement if they're not going back to the very thing that caused the tension in the first place. Another fairly inexpensive addition would be making stools of various heights available to kids to sit on. Have you ever experimented with that?
