The Elephant in the Room - What a Relief It Is for Everyone to Have That Awareness
I love that she got right to the heart of it, which is they were all struggling with the same thing. And I think what's really powerful was that we spoke just to her, but this is what happens in therapy as well. When somebody gains a certain insight that's related to their family, it really has a ripple effect and can impact an entire system. Right, if just one person opens up a conversation that nobody knew how to broach,What a relief it is for everybody to have, as she said, the elephant in the room out in the open.
