The s t elevation to t wave amplitude ratio of more than point two, five has very high predictive value for pericarditus. If you don't see a fish hook and the est elevation is more than a quarter of the tea wave, that favors pericroditis. The degree of s c elevation is important. And if you've got really distinct p r depression diffusely, that would, of course, favor peri-carditis even though it's just one piece of information.
