Being in a business or an organization makes you more newtonian than you are as a consumer. In individual decision making, you don't have to justify your decision most of the time. But if i went into the board of directors and said it's worth paying 20 % more for the phillips televisions because phillips is more famous, the finance director would look at me as if i'm a lunatic. We exclusively use huristics to choose who to marry and where to live - but when we're forced into a business environment, we 're forced to become super neutonian. If it doesn't fit on a spread sheet, it doesn't count exactly.
