Democracy in the Workplace

In the work place, there aren't that many places where if you don't like what your bosses tell you what to do, you pick other es. There are versions of democracy, at least inname, shareholder democracy - but it rarely happens. So it's not democracy in the sense that you vote out your bosses and replace them with yourselves. Sh e wants us to recognize that there is still an enormous difference, even under those conditions between choice and no choice. And real choice under those conditions is the radical option.
