Jack put his hand out to the man and said, please know the staff of this unit are remarkable. Your granddaughter is getting the best care possible. The grandfather got huge cheers in his eyes. Grab Jack's outreach hand with both of his hands for a moment. I'll never forget that silent but heartfelt gratitude. And I hope that all of you can relate to this sense of class, why it's so important and what it means in our lives.
