i had a case with albert health services whereas ha young ners alleging sexual violence against an older security officer. And if i didn't know about troma informed, i went into my interview with the young nurse and it was basically alleged that he had forcibly kissed her and not let her go. But in effect, she was the more credible. If you want to be seen to be taking these issues of bullying and harassment and work place violence seriously, you need to choose the right group to do those independent investigations.
