This theory outside of you, I'm not heard anywhere. It seems like there's this huge dick measuring contest between the people who run the world. We may or may not benefit from one winning versus the other. Europe doesn't produce any oil and gas anymore. And don't in any appreciable amounts where they can feed themselves. Not unless the population of Europe wants to go back to 50 million people,. do they produce enough oil and gas and coal to feed themselves?
