G Nux: A typical power lifter, no matter who you are, would include some sort of like closer grip variant at some point in their training blocks. So probably that middle tricep will get a little bit more love long head makes a ton of sense for me. G Nux: When you're combining the two exercises, you're also actually getting more stretch-mediated hypertrophy out of the triceps. And indeed, there are some studies showing lat pull downs are more effective at producing bicep type pertrophy than say rows.
